This track plan
resulted from a request submitted by a hobbyist who had visited modelrailweb and was
trying to come up with a layout solution to meet his specific needs.
Through my Leaders
& Best design enterprise, a large, detailed sketch was
meticulously drafted by hand - complete with elevations, optional construction notes, operational ideas,
